Hi everyone

I got to know that I have to provide Police certificate of my home country!

here is the situation:

I'm a refugee live in Norway according to geneva convention 1951 which means:

1- I have no passport from my country of origin

2-I can not obtain Police certificate from my country of origin

I have Refugees travel document from Norway and I already have a valid B2 visa on it.

What suppose to do when they ask about police certificate from my country of origin?

Just provide them with everything that you have or can obtain to show them what you just told us, it may take a little longer or may not it depends on a lot of variables. such as country you are a refugee from, how long you have been there and they will probably want to run your finger prints, name and picture through several databases to validate that you are not a criminal nor are you wanted as one.

While you are waiting start putting together all you documents you can to prove your case. that is all you can do until they tell you to do something differently.

It is written in my travel document that I'm refugee and it's written also that I can not visit my country of origin and they have my finger prints and everything about me since I visited the us 4 times with different kinds of visas

Explain it to them, if U R not allowed to go to your birth country

then of course U may no longer qualify for that PP (I understand

it use to be foreigners cannot become Norweigan citizens) In light

of this Norway police record is what U would produce & if U left

under age 16 from birth country don't worry about it.As hopeful said

they'll do their checks

Thank you so much for your reply

It is clear in my travel document that I'm allowed to visit all countries accept my origin which mean impossible to obtain Police recored for over 16 year old!

Police certificate from Norway I can obtain with no issues

+ they already cleared me many times because they have my fingerprints many times according to visa issuance
