My husband finally has interview for his CR-1 visa in Cd. Juarez in October. I was just wondering what advice you would give about the area, what to expect. Also, if all goes well and he does get approved, would y'all recommend choosing the DHL in Juarez vs. any other part of Mexico? We currently live in Guadalajara, but I wasn't sure if it would take longer for his visa to be sent to us in GDL or if it would be better if we waited in Juarez. Thank you for any advice!

Hello kim!

I am actually in Juárez already for my interview (fiance visa) I will write a full detail review when I get back home but here are some comments for far.

Hotel: Ibis. Reasonable price and PERFECT location. The hotel is not fancy and the rooms are small, but all the places you will need to go are within walking distance. The clinic for medical exams is in the other side of the hotel parking lot, so that is Very convenient.

I went to the clinic at 6am and I was out by 7:30, I can back for my results in a sealed envelope at 2pm, and I didn't wait for more than 10 minutes.

I also did the finger prints appointment today, it took 10 - 15 minutes. The ACS is about a block away from the clinic , you don't even have to cross any main streets .

Best luck in your journey, feel free to message me with specific questions.

Philippians 4: 6-7. "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus."

Hello!

No need to schedule medical appt, the clinics are open from 6 am to 11am and they have the results the same day after 2pm.
