Hello everyone. My husband filed an i-130 for his mom. It was approved and we paid the aos fee. I just want to make sure that the papers we will submit are right. We are doing the I- 864ez .Are these the right form? We put 4 for household member nd i checked the poverty guidelines nd i dont think he met the requirements . I have more income than him. We filed jointly every year for our tax. Do i need to do joint sponsor or its ok cuz we are married. Thank you and am looking forward for all your feedbacks. Have a gret day

You're going to want to use the I-864 for him and the I-864A for you. As you're married, living in the same household and filing taxes together, you would combine your income. I'm not sure if the I-864EZ can combine with the I-864A.
