Hello :)

So, I went to get my medical results and have been a little surprize that I got to leave with everything in hand (all the documents the doctor had about my case).

I went through everything and noticed that on the question about wether my vaccination record is complete he answered 'no, but no waiver needed' but my attached sheet also filled by the doctor states that it is complete. I don't think I should be worried but has anyone ever experienced something like that?

Also, should I put the medical in an enveloppe or bring it like this? (i'll make a copy of everything tho). The Dr also told me to not give them my X-Ray and BloodAnalyze results unless they ask it (both negativ)

Idk if it has been posteed before or should I make a post about the questions the Dr askes & the forms? (It would probably just apply to BeNeLux)

Thank you in advance ! :)

So it's not gonna be easy.

It's going to be really hard;

we're gonna have to work at this everyday,

but I want to do that because I want you.

I want all of you, forever, everyday.

You and me.. everyday.

Hello Mihren !

Do you talk about the part "(3) immunizations" of the "DS 2054" form ? I just check on my copy and see that my doctor didn't check anything.... it's worst, hehe !!! But don't worry, if your vaccination was uncompleted, the medical examination is done for that.

When I received my medical results (in Brussels), they gave me an open envelop. They told me to make a copy of everything and close the envelop after (don't forget). They didn't say anything about to separate the x-ray and blood analyze results , so I gave everything during my interview, but the embassy give them back to me...

About your last question,I would say : the most recente and the most complete information we have, the best it is ! :)

You are almost at the end, if you have all your document and you meet all the requirement, it will be piece of cake !

Yes. The nurse handed me my papers and pointed it out to me before I even had the chance to read what it said. She pointed to the box that was ticked incomplete and said, I don't want you to be worried about this bit, it just means that because you will have more vaccinations in your lifetime, we write incomplete, but it isn't something to worry about. She said it before I asked, so other people have probably asked them!!
