Beneficiary living abroad with Petitioner - Joint Bank accounts - AOS

Hello Forum,

I did generic searches and while I know (with this plethora of information) that my question has probably been asked (and answered) before but just can't seem to find it in all this information:

I've talked to lawyers but I feel I'd rather get first hand experiences with filing the AOS at the NVC when:

- The Petitioner (me) is a stay at home mom (not required to file taxes)

- The Petitioner lives abroad with Beneficiary (for over 6 years)

- The Petitioner & Beneficiary have joint bank accounts (him being the main and I as the co)

- In the bank account we meet the requirement of the 3 x (and 5 x just incase) over the poverty line (with 4 members living in the household)

Here's the question that arose: When filing for the AOS and not having any tax history - what forms should I have ready for the AOS to submit and go through smoothly?

Trying to provide enough information for experienced folks to help - please ask any questions if you need! Thanks in advance for the information!

So in answering my own question (calling NVC) and perhaps may help some along the way:

- As long as the funds are liquidable (meaning they can be turned into cash) within 1 year they will be accepted because

a.) We are living together in the same household

b.) We have a joint bank accounts

Any assets (as long as liquidable) can be used to show we are over the poverty line for our household number (including house, cars, savings, ect.)
