Yep pretty funny seeing a American drive on the wrong side of the road. I can use my American license for 12 months too! Then I will have to take the test and all that and have a big "L" on my car. HAHA!

Well I am going to my first Newcastle United Football game tomorrow! Actually I am really excited. I am going with my husband and my father-in-law.

Baby Boy born on November 24th 2008

Received Visa Feb 10th 2008

Waiting for appointment at Embassy on April 7th for Baby's passport and report of birth abroad!!!

After three long years moving back to America on May 4th 2008

Hey, guys, that really does suck! I hope you guys hear something soon. I still can't figure out what's taking sooooo long! Their reputation seems to have changed in London. They're no longer a great embassy to go through. Although in this current immigration climate, I have to wonder if there are any good embassies to go through? If it helps at all, I know exactly what you're going through, as do we all on this unique little forum. It's just sort of sick-making! Anyway, I'm thinking of you both and crossing all appendages.

And remember -- keep your chins up! :D

Tiff

I just noticed your avatar, Vicky, and got quite a chuckle out of it! Very funny, much more creative than mine. I can't figure out how to do that!

Did she really mention Christmas!? Who can really think that far ahead?!!! Certainly not me.

Well, instead of the honeymoon we were going to have, I'm taking the time off and going to Boston, Maine, and Vermont with my mom and younger brother! What a party animal I am, huh? I'm pretty excited though. I've never been that far northeast. It will be nice to see a different part of the country, somewhere I've never been. This whole immigration process really takes it out of you, doesn't it?

You guys are so much fun, I just can't figure out why no one else wants to join this little group? :D

Later,

tiff

Hey Tiff,

I'm so jelouse. I've always wanted to go Northeast. I've always thought that would be a beautiful area to visit and this should be a good time to go. I don't think I would want to go to that area in the winter time. lol

Oh and nothing wrong with going with your family. Just make sure your mom doesn't wake you up at 5 am every morning to go site seeing. Let us know how it went and how you liked it. What was your favorite place you visited? And post some pictures when you get back if you can. Most of all have a great time and enjoy the rest and relaxation.
