I know Wendibob posted this link in a previous thread but I think it deserves a thread of it's own considering its importance to people submitting in London

It's available here: http://www.usembassy.org.uk/dhs/uscis/ivwaiver.html

It's updated on a weekly basis (I think!)

Link to PDF that lists current pending and approved I-601's:

Hey, I just noticed that! There are now, what, 20 as of today? Well, Bailey, maybe by the time you have your interview the bottom ones will be saying "approved" next to them! We certainly hope so. Is there something wrong with us for checking that list?:lol:

No nothing wrong with us for checking. I just go in once in a while to see how many are in there and if they do actually put the results on there. Seems like they just add the case numbers but never put any results on there. Maybe I'm not being patient enough. I don't know why they can't do the site like the one for the USCIS. Shows touches and gives you email updates. That would be nice and maybe they are working on that so I guess I should stop whinning since they are at least doing something. Dang I don't even have a case number on there yet and I'm already complaining. Ha Ha Ha.

Have a good one,

Baileyj

I'm checking it more than I should too........ :P

As I wrote on the other thread, I wrote to the Danish embassy to ask them if they had sent my waiver to London yet, and no response *geeez* They've had it for almost 3 weeks now :(

I did notice that there are a lot of newly added cases...oh my  They should start approving and minimizing the list.....he he.

cmltdg,

I'm wondering, is yours on the list ?? just curious, you don't have to say the case number... don't worry :P

Timeline:

January 27 2006: submitted and approved I-130 in Copenhagen, Denmark

March 23 2006: Interview, submitted I-601 waiver

May 2 2006: London recieves waiver

August 21 2006: waiver approved woo hoo

October 3 2006: arrived in the US

hey beetee,

do you see your case number on the list?

I can't remember if the London USCIS office has actually confirmed that they have received it yet? If no confirmation then you'll have to just wait, sorry :(

still once your case is on the list it shouldn't be too long.

Hopefully should start seeing some actions on the bottom cases in the next few weeks eh Tiff? if our 11 week deadline is correct :P

hope everyone's well, and Tiff try to stop :clock: or it'll make you go :bonk:

Paul, great emoticons! Made me smile. Yeah, I know I really need to stop that. I guess it's just that there's nothing else I can do but wait - and I hate that!! True, though, any day now we'll start seeing some kind of change on the list.

Beetee, I'm on the list. I've moved down since they added more. I used to be higher on the list. Can't wait until I see all the ones below mine with their status changed from "pending" to "approved," I hope anyway. And it's true what Paul said. You should be getting a postcard from them when they have it, telling you when they actually received it. Cas received his not very long after we were added to the list.

Cheer up. You'll get there! It's been six months since I've seen Cas and I'm going crazy! I hate the separation, only being able to talk on the phone. Although he's found this new plan where for 10 pounds a month we can talk unlimited minutes!! What a deal. I am counting down the days until I pick him up from the airport. Holy cow that will be exciting!!! :D

No I'm not on the list :crying: I haven't gotten a postcard from the London office either, and I just thought that if I look at the list long enough, by magic my case would be there too :dancing: he he

Hold on to you hats everybody!! :D all you I-601 timeline watchers probably already know this!

but at last we're seeing some results starting to go through on the list. It's interesting to note that they put "under review" on a case just before they make a decision! As if we're not going through enough nerves already :P I'll be tearing my hair out and will probably age 10 years when they put that on our case

My lovely fiancee checks this list just as much as the rest of you, and she told me about this news. It's pretty cool actually because we calculated that that London case that is under review is at the 10-11 week period, which works well with that theory of 11 weeks eh Tiff??

Can't really do the same with the Stockholm case as it's been sent from another embassy.

So maybe in the next few weeks we'll start to see the "completed"'s move up the list and as me and Tiff are about midway at the moment then hopefully that won't take too long!

I swear this has to rate as one of the most nerve-racking things in anyone's life

I hope you're all well guys, at least we're seeing progress

Just realised that they're both Stockholm cases! Oh well let's hold on until that London case gets processed, although that may take a few weeks as it was received on the 27th of Feb!

Paul, I did check that online system and noticed that. What I wanted to know was approved or not!! So we just get to know if our case is complete and then sit there for how many days before we hear whether it's approved or not!! Is there an emoticon for tearing hair out?! I find that interesting that all they put for status is "under review" too! As if I don't know my case is under review!

Can't wait to see some of the London ones with complete next to it. And yes, this is the most nerve-racking thing ever!
