logically, why would you copy the entire passport? logically, why would USCIS need copies of the entire passport?

just copy the actual passport page, visa, and I94 card and call it a day.

aside from reading the instructions, use common sense.

also, regarding the passport-style photos, once again, read the instructions. if you know how to read and add, then you should be able to figure this part out as well.

You are being awfully rude.

OP: When I filed (about 2 years ago or so) the instructions specified that they wanted copies of ALL passport pages for the US citizen. Bio page and visa pages for the immigrant sufficed. However it doesn't specify that anymore for the US citizen, so I would assume bio page + stamped pages are fine.

Day 0 - 2 May 2012 Mailed AOS package overnight delivery
Day 139 - 17 September 2012 Interview & APPROVED on the Spot!! :)
Day 145 - 23 September 2012 Received Green Card!

ROC - Eligible June 19 2014

Day 0 - 18 June 2014 Mailed ROC package via 2 day priority

Day 42 - 29 July 2014 Approval and Card Production Email

Day 49 - 5 August 2014 Received Green Card

Guys, calm it! Like I said OP we only copied the bio page for both the immigrant and the US citizen. Got aproved for AOS in two months, right on the spot of the interview without any RFE. I am not saying our way is the perfect way but it seems, they won't die if they don't see your visa page/I-94 card. We took along the immigrant's passport for the interview in case they wanted to take a glance at the visa page, or I-94 page but the IO never asked for it. Good luck!

So ok, after all LOL...

We should send only copy of his passport biographical page essentially with I-130 but if i want to send of his brazilian visa I can to supplement

and Only biographical pages plus american visa on the I-485 I-130 and permission to work... and seems like that would be enough i assume?

I just got confused cause i am doing all on my own and i saw on a page from asklawyers a person did the same question and all the lawyers said ''the whole page the whole thing'' so i got confused...

bio page for both US citizen and intending immigrant will suffice...and then just take along the foreign spouse's passport to the interview for the sake of it (although doubt they'll need it- they didn't need it in our case). That is what we did...had no problem at all.

Hope you found the answer to your question, if not you'll find it in the Guides if this relates to your visa filing..."Copy of the Birth certificate (front and back) for the US Citizen or a copy of ALL pages of the US Citizen's passport issued with a validity of at least 5 years or a copy of the US Citizen's naturalization certificate (front and back). This is used to establish citizenship."
