Problems with ceac.state.gov

Hello everybody,

Everyday I check the fee payment option on the ceac.state.gov to see if I have finally gotten the IV bill and is always the same thing, nothing yet. Well today, I have been trying to check, and whenever I click on fee payment, it kicks me out and tells NO CONNECTION INTERNET AVAILABLE TRY AGAIN..... Is anybody else having the same problem?

I am sorry, what I meant to say was NO INTERNET CONNECTION AVAILABLE. I JUST TRIED IT AND IT SAID; DATA BASE ERROR..

Someone else in the NVC September thread experienced the same today. I think it's either that your IV Bill is being put into their system and can be paid within the next few days, or they are having problems with their database/server again. You should recheck tomorrow and if it hasn't changed by then, just call NVC to see what's up. I'm sure everything is fine

I know quite a few people who have been having issues with the CEAC site lately. It's a buggy system. Heck sometimes the whole thing goes down and you can't even look at anything. If you're really concerned, give the NVC a call. But I'm confident in the next few days the issue should resolve itself for you. ?
