Just to clarify

I am petitioning for my husband but i have also two unmarried children under 21 that i need to bring in the US. My question is file I-130 for my husband and when the case reaches NVC, add my two children??...so it means only one I-130 form and $420 fee for my husband petition?...that's my understanding..correct me if im wrong please!..thanks a lot!

Feb. 18, 2013 I-130 filed

Feb. 23, 2013- NOA1

Oct. 23, 2013- Transferred Case to Nebraska

Nov. 20, 2013-RFE case status online

Nov. 25, 2013- RFE Hard Copy received

Nov. 30, 2013- RFE sent to Nebraska

Dec 02, 2013-RFE responds review

Dec 11,2013-NOA2 Petition approved online status

April 03, 2014- Case Complete

April 14, 2014- Medical done

May 05, 2014- Interview appointment

Hi,

Are you a USC or an LPR? Your timelime showing an IR-5 conflicts with posting to bring families of LPRs to the US.

Sorry! I'm using my son's account who is USC (who petitioned me). I am LPR petitioning my husband and my two unmarried childrend under 21

Feb. 23, 2013- NOA1
