I-751 Confused on Part -4 Please advise?

Hello All,

VJ is a big help for me throghout my wife imigration status and I need a advise again.

I am filling my wife I-751 and I am not sure if Part-4 should be filled. My child was born in US (US citizen ) and I am not sure if I have to fill my child info in part 4. Please check the screen shot if needed.

Your wife is the Conditional Resident petitioning for lifting of conditions. Was the child you mention yours prior to the marriage, or as a result of your current marriage to this conditional resident?

It says to list all your children. It does not matter where the child was born. You list all your children. Since the child is a USC, then you will check the box 'No' when asked if child is applying with you(Part 4 #6)..

I included my son (born this year, while i was under conditional permanent residency), but not my step son who is does not need to be included on this. All doesn't necessarily mean all.

Some people do not list their step children and some do. Either way on that seems to work for the I-751. OP does not seem to be speaking of a step child though, since he said he has only one child with his wife. His wife is removing conditions, and the USC child is hers too.

However, I disagree with the meaning of the word all. The definition of all excludes none. If you plan to file for US citizenship, be sure to actually list all children on the N-400.
