I have paid the AOS Fee and submitted the DS261 for both my mom and dad, I have yet to pay the visa fee, it is still not showing. How long will it normally take from DS261 to have the IV fee posted for payment in the ceac? FYI I submitted the DS261 on Aug 18.

Ours took a month and a half to be invoiced from the date of DS-261 submission (July 15th). At this point, NVC is stating that it takes at least 60 days to review anything, so you probably have a little ways to go.
