I am working on sending in the letter of intent from my fiance. I know that the his actual letter has to be an original copy. Does the cover page that I recieved in the mail have to be the original or can I scan that for him to print? It is a hassel to have to mail all of these original copies for him to mail them off to another place.

8/18/2014 Expedite requested via phone call to USCIS Tier 2 customer service representative
8/22/2014 E-mail received requested evidence for expedite
8/22/2014 Scanned and E-mailed evidence needed
8/25/2014 Text Received, NOA2 approved
8/29/2014 NOA2 Hard copy in the mail.
8/29/2014 Case shipped to NVC

9/9/2014 Received by NVC

9/11/2014 Case Number assigned by NVC

9/12/2014 Left NVC

9/17/2014 Arrived in London

9/22/2014 Medical

9/25/2014 Medical results received at the Embassy

10/6/2014 Interview!!! - APPROVED!!!!!!!!!!!!! :D

10/10/2014 CEAC status changed to ISSUED

10/16/2014 Visa in hand!!!

10/17/2014 POE Boston!

12/7/2014 Marriage!!!!

12/23/2014 Filed paperwork

12/30/2014 NOA 1

1/22/2015 Bio Appointment

2/10/2015 RFE (needed more proof of income for i-864a)

2/12/2015 Replied to RFE

2/18/2015 Reply to RFE received.

we sent off two one from her and one from me but both were photocopies

is that mean well get an RFE?

* - 18th August 2014 - I-129f Sent

* - 21st August 2015 - Recived at CSC

* - 30th September - NOA 1 Received

* - 3rd November - NOA 2 Received

-- was never sent to NVC, got it re approved --

* - 9th January - NOA 2 approved

* - 13th January - Notice from CSC that it was sent this time to NVC

* - 21st January - Received at NVC

* - 22nd January - Case Number assisgned

* - 31st January - left NVC for London

* - 6th Feb - Arrived at Embassy

* - 10th Feb - Packet 3 Received and DS-160 Filled out.

* - 25th February - Medical :dancing:

* - 26th February - readiness form sent

* - 7th April - Interview - approved

* - 14th April - Visa in hand.

is that mean well get an RFE?

Unfortunately there is a high chance that they will send an RFE because it is required to send originals. That's why a lot of people on here ask how to get their other half to send them originals from their country. I hope you wont get an RFE though. You newer know.
