My favorite part of the internet is where you don't have to ask permission to leave a site...if you don't like it...leave

Hmm, methinks I might have just broken your rule and responded to a troll :innocent:

And so he did what countless punk-rock songs had told him to do so many times before: he lived his life

10/07/2006 WEDDING DAY!

11/14/2006 AOS packet made it to 'the box' after being overnighted.

12/02/2006 Paul had biometrics

12/14/2006 AOS Forwarded to CSC AND AP Application approved.

01/17/2007 First touch of 2007 at CSC

01/20/2007 Touched AGAIN (also the 18th) come on...

February: Oops, RFE for a REGISTERED marriage certificate. Oops! Overnighted it.

02/28/2007 Paul gets email letting us know his GREENCARD is on it's way! It's done...for now!

03/09/2007 Paul's greencard arrives. And breathe...

We began with mailing the I-129 in on February 27, 2006 so the whole process took us approx. one year.

Good luck out there!

See PCRADDY for our official timeline.

I dunno.

At the moment, I think this OP is directly on target.

The replies are weird, but the original sentiment isn't as dumb as it's made out to be.

Yup. I've frequently had the same thought. Of course, I was too polite to point it out. (Canadian, ya know.)

I don't think it's the message, more like the style in which it was delivered that's the issue...

As one of the most respected VJers on here, I listen when you post Meauxna.

And I do agree with you. Trolling has definitely increased since I joined.

And how would you know what it was like before you joined? Surely you weren't a member, so you wouldn't have seen how many trolls were here.... :P j/k

I meant in the last few months it has worsened as opposed to the first few months. icon_surprised.gif

I find it sad really because it dilutes down the good stuff that VJ has to offer. How many thousands of dollars have VJers saved by using the incredible wealth of resources here? I for one, am very thankful I found this site.

The title was rude, and the post wasn't pleasant either. It was dumb in the delivery method, this compliant could have been made in a far less, inflamatory way.
