Hi there. All I-129f petitions should be mailed to the Dallas TX lockbox, and NOT to any service center. From the lockbox, it will then be assigned to the appropriate service center.

Alright, we are filling in the example letter if intent to marry and it asks for "filing location" do we put in the Dallas lockbox in that too?

Put the address you send the I-129F petition to, OR put no addresses at all. They are not a requirement.
