Hello,

I have interview scheduled on October 7th and I'm little worry about domicile. My wife USC living with in India when we married from October 2013. We have submitted all AOS packed including domicile as she is not currently living in US, we submitted driving licence, latest bank statements, credit card statements, voted Id, recent mails to intended address and my father in law is my joint sponsor. As may of them saying like we need to have rental aggrement and when we go to US my father in law is taking care of US. So what needs to bring when attending to interview.

FYI : she is not doing any type of job in India. Just waiting for my visa

08-22-2017- Interview Scheduled' status update (in-line)

11-30-2017- Oath Ceremony ( I am US Citizen Now :jest:)

You are missing the biggest part a domicile you need your father in law to draw up a lease. You have to show you have somewhere to live.

I know of no specific forma most people here have just written there.

Just draw up where you are living with whom whether you are paying rent or not.

Have your father notarize.

My wife has 2011 and 2012 transcripts 2013 no wage receipt. is it enough or would i be face any issues at interview
