RFE to be answered really soon!!! Please help with your experience

Good morning,

on July 11th a RFE was issued asking me (the beneficiary of a K1 visa now processing the I485 for AOS), for some documents. Even if I sent them those documents before I collected all of the documents and sent the package to them on August 7th. After some weeks I received no notice nor I saw same change on the website. Therefore I called the USCIS number and they told me they never received anything even if I have the confirmation that my package was delivered!!!

There would be a lot to talk about it, anyway... I collected the documents again and I have a infopass appointment this coming Thursday the 11th. My plan is to take the new package I have (it is without the original RFE letter of course because I sent it with the response at the first time, but I have copies of everything) to the infopass and since it's in Chicago, at the same address where I need to send that package, I hope they will accept my response there.

If not, I will go to the first UPS and send the entire package, AGAIN, with tracking number and certified so that they need to sign when they receive it.

The 84 days I have to answer will be over on October the 2nd, Do I have enough time to answer? What would you suggest?
