Ok so your premise is that GZ following him made TM jump on him and pound his face? Again, so what? I don't get why you keep blaming TM's death on him being followed rather than the azz whooping he was giving GZ. There's no justification for that. If a grown man is following a teenager at night, without identifying himself nor trying to defuse the situation, there's two options. Fight or flight. If GZ at any point tried to talk to TM before the fight, and TM started wailing on him, you'd be 100% correct. But he didn't. He treated TM like a criminal before TM did anything wrong.

What's funny here is the people here who are pro GZ are also pro gun and have said they would blow someone away if someone even looked at them wrong. But in this case, show the utmost restraint. Slim, who keeps a small arsenal in his car, and quick to cuss out cops for even putting their lights on him, basically said TM should have stopped and asked GZ to come home with him for milk and cookies.

I seem to miss that in the trial where George would not have kept an eye on a white stranger . Holder has had an investigation going on for a few years now... Have there been charges of a hate crime at the trial or for the duration after / I am sure root would have posted it ,

Never said he was. I think he's an idiot. The way he handled the situation up until the fight was completely wrong. Even by NBW standards he broke every rule in the book. Don't be armed, don't approach the subject, and let the police do their jobs.

TBC, I don't think he went out to kill a black male. I think he saw TM, made an incorrect assumption based on the recent crime in the area, and didn't handle the situation properly. Once he was over his head, he killed him because he had no clue if it was going to be an whooping or worse.

Without being followed, Martin would quite obviously not have "jumped" Zimmermann - if that is inded what transpired. We'll never really know. But Zimmermann's decision to pursue Martin is what ultimately led to martin's death. Without that decision by Zimmermann, Martin would be alive today.
