Even here, the deadliest person to be reference here is TM. No one is scared of a guy who walks into a school and open fires. No one is worried about a dude walking into a movie theater and starts shooting random folks. The only person they're scared of is some 17 year old teen walking home with skittles and ice tea. Where are the Lanza and Holmes references?

When white people go on sprees, the attention becomes gun control. It's don't take our guns away because of this spree. When the killer is black, and in most cases, the only person who dies is a black male, it's we need more guns to protect ourselves from the person who's already dead. It's been said here more than once that if having to choose a 17 year old teen with minor run ins vs the 28 year old with an actual criminal record that deals with violence, the latter is more safe than the former.

Again, there's not some large movement on TV 24/7 claiming that these spree killers are victims because of their race. That was the case with TM and again with the Ferguson thing. When that happens, people are going to come out and say, "wait a second, this guy isn't the innocent person that was victimized because of his race. Maybe he actually did something to cause this" I think pretty much everyone agrees that Lanza and the nut in Aurora are sorry human beings. Of course there will be some on the fringe that see them as some kind of hero. Hell, I read Charles Manson just remarried a few months ago.
