Hi good day everyone , I will ask only if who are here who done their interview with have the last name of Dela Peña, Dela Cruz, or Dela cerna, and other with similar last name? I will ask for that if you don't have problem at the Embassy.

Because my last name is Dela Peña, and in my birth certificate Peña, Dela. I asked Attorney, and DFA that's only clerical error.

Thank you for your response G

od bless

Since DFA said it was a clerical error (although I think NSO should've been the one to declare this), does your passport have the correct name? Did you show them the civil registrar copy instead? Dont forget to get an NBI clearance with AKA.

Name "oops" can be corrected on the birth certificate if you so choose.

What last name is on your passport?

Big thing is to have the AKA on the NBI for other names used.

If you are not going to correct the birth certificate, I would make sure the name on the passport is what you use through the complete process. Then for sure make sure to get the NBI with the AKA for your name as listed in the birth certificate.

After that ya hope that USEM does not find issue with the variance.
