The funny thing about that article is that the subtitle doesn't really reflect the content. Obamacare is mentioned in a single four line paragraph - the rest of the article is talking about how many people aren't feeling the economic recovery and the jobs aren't there to get the unemployment rate down.

Curiously (or perhaps not) this is pretty much exactly the same situation faced by many other western countries post-recession.

Well - the UK for one.

What I'm saying is there's very little about the unemployment situation in the US that isn't occurring elsewhere.
