Hey guys! I haven't been in here in a while! And I had to make a new account due to forgetting my old account password! Well so far so good guys! But now my husband's residency expires in July 2015 and I wanted to know what should I start preparing for? What forms need to start being filled out? My husband has been working since he arrived here thank god and I have an awesome job as well and we have a house here and all that great stuff and I don't want anything to happen to us so I guess it's better to be prepared early. Any info would be greatly appreciated! Thanks guys!

You have to submit the application in the 90 period before the expiration on his GC, but you can get a head start gathering the fee, and the docs of course. Read the guides in the link above, so you can get a clear picture of things you would need. You basically want to prove the bona fides of your marriage with all sorts of docs that can show you share a live together as spouses. Joint bills, taxes, property, insurance policies, bank accounts, credit cards, etc and anything you think can help prove the bona fides of your relationship after your marriage.
