If you said yes, then i would acknowledge that your belief in someone elses belief is an article of faith but not a fact.

If you said no, then I would wonder why you made they statement at all

Either way , I dont believe what I believe about your belief creates any reality and that you should be entitiled to your beliefs beiing unquestioned, until they harm others.

If my neighbor believes in God , or the existance of unseen forces , they do not bring those spiritual beings into factual reality for me. If believing in God , or Gods or being aware of other spiritual forces is part of his/her path and grants him/her peace and understanding, I feel , no I believe , that I have no right or opinion to dissuade him.

Now if my neighbor comes to me and said God or Satan told him to harm someone, we have a different discussion.

No, I didn't say she was unsophisticated, I said that specific perspective of good and evil is. People are not all good or all evil, that's what makes dealing with criminal behavior quite difficult. If we really could simply dismiss some people as 'devil's disciples', evil, rotten and irredeemable then yes, probably getting rid of them permanently would be an acceptable solution but this is not how people are.

Once again, I didn't say there was something wrong with you. Holding some unsophisticated points of view does not mean that you are faulty, evil, bad or any other negative that you care to think of. All I am saying is that it's a naive view of the nature of human beings and as such t does not fully explain the nature of human behavior, simple as that.

Anyone who seriously thought that would be, for sure. Obama hasn't done anything particularly different to his immediate predecessors and thinking that he has is, well, the nice way to put it is strange and definitely a misunderstanding of the current political situation.
