I saw u added me as a friend , my CC is 25 Aug and my Interview is 7th October my husband filed for our CR1 on 9th of September 2013 , I am from KS too and my interview is in Skopje :D

The cases at CSC are still moving much faster than TSC.....everyone I know from June filers have received theirs and I know at least a couple early July filers that have been approved. It slowed down a little at CSC because people were getting approved in about 35 days and now it is about 47 days....my timeline says it should be adjudicated the end of September. I know it does not seem fair when compared to the long wait at TSC but CSC continues to be faster even with the transfered cases.

I never said they weren't moving faster than TSC, I stated why they've slowed down from what was considered "fast" for CSC.

The total amount of days from the date I mailed in our K1 Visa application to the day my fiancé stepped foot into the USA:

1 year, 3 months and 8 days.

The amount of days from the date we mailed in our AOS to the date everything was approved (after 3 RFEs):

7 months & 5 days

Which makes our journey a total of:

2 years, 3 months, and 8 days

(L)"I remember the days I prayed for everything I have now." (L)

July 17th here and no NOA 2 for me either, still waiting as patiently as possible.

Ugh. Not what I wanted to hear. I was just hoping nobody had updated their timeline. ;)

I think Igor's list is only accurate when people update their statuses.....I believe the ones on their from April and May are due to the fact the filers have not changed their timelines and reported their NOA2's. The majority of June filers have their approvals.

And yes TSC transfers slowed things down but they havent transferred any for almost a month now and CSC is picking up speed again so I am hopeful for an approval by the beginning of October!

I was transferred to CSC from TSC .. My NOA1 is April 8 .. still no NOA2 from CSC. Lots from April and May that have been transferred are still waiting. You definitely have a shot at being approved at the same time or before us. Logic would say that our petitions would take precedence over you later filers, but I don't think USCIS is on the same wavelength there.

Also, your estimated date in your timeline is based only off of people's profiles here, not off of anything official from USCIS.

I heard they are starting to look through July files but even once they touch it the process can take a week or so! Good luck everyone :-)

Are you referring to the July files from TSC or CSC? Where did you get that information? How can you tell if your application has been 'touched'? I apologize in advance for bombarding you with questions, I just want to make the most out of my post :)

And yes, goodluck to everyone!

We both work in the same company but he is in Michigan and I am in Mexico, we have really busy and we decided to not have talks about K1 cause we get so stressed, we will only bring the subject if it is a RFE or NOA2, also we stopped checking the timelines and USCIS website every 5 minutes. I can't believe I have waited 2 months without having a fit I am the less patient person on earth ....is good to know there are july-sters! in the same situation all over the globe... nobody and I mean nobody can understand the feeling unless you are going thru the same process.

blah don't mean to sound like a ***** but there's lots of us who have been waiting much, MUCH longer than you guys. I really do hope you all get approved very soon because we all know how brutal this is, but please don't set the expectation so high right now for a speedy approval because that will only drive you mad. Start to get anxious at the 4-5 month mark because as it's looking it just might be that long or longer for ya... or you may be very lucky and get approved sooner ... I genuinely hope that happens for you. The best thing you can all do, though, is to just try to be patient at first to save your sanity!

I was wondering how long it would take for someone with their file at Texas to get all high and mighty.

Hey, your file is in Texas. Gee, that sucks for you. But ours aren't and we get to talk about our progress (or lack thereof) too. Get it?

I understand why TSC filers would remind us to wait 5 months before we get upset but it has been years since CSC has had longer than a 2-3 month late....I know that doesnt seem fair to TSC but CSC filers know we are likely to get approved faster than TSC! I am glad your file has been moved to CSC but June filers are almost all approved at CSC and a few July Filers at CSC have been approved already despite the extra files from TSC....it is hard for everyone to wait.
