Not me. I do see a lot of folks on here getting some progress at different stages. But I hear what I think you are really saying, I wish I would get my NOA2! So we can get on with our lives. It may not be what you are thinking. But It is what I am thinking.

Hi guys!

I wish you get approved soon, but remember posted processing time is 5 months . It is always better to think it will take that long and then be gladly surprised if it happens earlier.

Best luck in your journey! :goofy:

Philippians 4: 6-7. "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus."

That is true but CSC typically processes NOA2 much faster than TSC and I know almost all of June filers at CSC have their NOA2's already so I know July filers are being processed very soon!!!

I haven't heard anything yet. The immigration timeline states CSC is working on July 23. But you know how that goes!

According to Igor's list there are a lot of April May and June filers that have no approvals yet.

Trying to keep busy but its always in the back of my mind (and sometimes the front lol)

Best of luck!

Keep in mind April & may tsc transfers were sent to CSC. They would take priority over July. Granted, I'm sure there's still CSC staff working on non transfers too. Also keep in mind the work on other petitions besides the i129f as well.

I am the petitioner.

I think Igor's list is only accurate when people update their statuses.....I believe the ones on their from April and May are due to the fact the filers have not changed their timelines and reported their NOA2's. The majority of June filers have their approvals.

And yes TSC transfers slowed things down but they havent transferred any for almost a month now and CSC is picking up speed again so I am hopeful for an approval by the beginning of October!

Well now I love that! I hope so for all of us July CSC filers! My fiancé is from Jamaica and I didn't want him to arrive in the middle of our upcoming polar vortex but at this point anytime is good! I'll turn the heat up!!

I don't think fast approvals are happening at CSC anymore due to the April/May transfers from TSC being sent to CSC. Many of those transfers are getting their approvals now so once they get through the transferred filers then they will move on to July, August, and September.

The total amount of days from the date I mailed in our K1 Visa application to the day my fiancé stepped foot into the USA:

1 year, 3 months and 8 days.

The amount of days from the date we mailed in our AOS to the date everything was approved (after 3 RFEs):

7 months & 5 days

Which makes our journey a total of:

2 years, 3 months, and 8 days

Stay busy it helps pass the time and occupy the mind.

Also for us the process taking time means she is still working making money and we are paying for everything out our paychecks and not savings (I mean everything visa aplication fees, wedding dress and such, she has cash to pay her medical exam and other expenses).

It is also giving us time to take care of things so when the visa is approved i can fly over and help her with stuff she is bringing and make the trip a little easier for her and maybe when she hits immigration they will not play 50 questions with her.

We have to look at the positive side of this thing or we would go nuts.

The cases at CSC are still moving much faster than TSC.....everyone I know from June filers have received theirs and I know at least a couple early July filers that have been approved. It slowed down a little at CSC because people were getting approved in about 35 days and now it is about 47 days....my timeline says it should be adjudicated the end of September. I know it does not seem fair when compared to the long wait at TSC but CSC continues to be faster even with the transfered cases.

I do not know of any,I wish the TSC & VSC all he best.

But, I actually prayed mine would go to CSC and it did, I am grateful for that.

I have noticed that our estimated adjudication date moved up a week a while back as well. I also noticed that we are slipping on Igor's List, we were 342 Saturday and we are now 348. I can only speculate that others are joining VJ who applied before we did,
