my case was send to my country embassy and i check my case status and this is what it said i don't understand, when i call NVC they said that my packet was send and for me to wait until the embassy contact me so why is saying this!!!!

That is just the general status update. The NVC does not set appointments for a K-1 visa interview. Follow the instructions for your consulate It says they will contact you. If they don't, then contact them to ask > http://nicaragua.usembassy.gov/k1.html
