Please help me with this !!!! copy not sent with original

Dear God, I can't believe what I just did !!!! My wife is going to kill me. I realized that we sent the wrong police report with our IV package. So my wife sent me the correct one (NBI) and I sent it off today to be delivered on monday. I was in such a hurry to get it sent that I forgot to send a copy of the original document. Please someone tell me what to do!!! This process is driving me crazy!!! Please Advise me.

Is it possible to stop the shipment and maybe go to the post office and make copies of the document and resend it immediately.

Don't know if NVC can make a copy for themselves but NVC is a mad house and I don't trust anything that happens in that house.

just called post office and they said the package already departed and they cannot retreive it

They'll add it as long as your cover sheet is with it.

Oh you mean a COPY of the police certificate and the original? Only the original is needed of the police certificate. You don't need to send a copy of it. She will not be getting it back.

Only of the documents you get back like birth certificate etc...

Dont worry i was sent only the photocopy of my police clearance but no issue at all,
