Hello,

My fiance has her documentation from her country as FirstName MiddleName PaternalLastName MaternalLastName, passport, country id. Do I need to use the same format when filling out the letter of intent or other documents?

Also, she signs only with her first name in both these documents, can she sign the same way or does she has to sign like a standard signature FirstName Lastname?

I signed all my documents and legal papers with my first name and I did not have encounter any problem at all.

To answer your second question: her signature is her signature. She should sign her name the same way she does everywhere else. Altering that would cause more problems than anything else.
