I live in North hollywood, Los Angeles, CA

question is, when the forms ask for my city, should i put down north hollywood or Los angeles? cause normally i write north hollywood for city since my zip code is found on north hollywood area and not when you type in zip codes of Los Angeles

If your zip code matches North Hollywood, then use what works. What matters is that you get whatever they send you.

Probably Los Angeles. I don't think there is a USCIS office in North Hollywood. Here's where you find your local office: https://egov.uscis.gov/crisgwi/go?action=offices.type&OfficeLocator.office_type=LO

For the other places where they ask for your address: If North Hollywood is an incorporated municipality with its own Zip codes (i.e. if that's what you use as your mailing address and your mail gets delivered to you), then that is what you should use.
