Hi friends I just applied AOS last week can anyone tell me how long this process take ? Nd when I will be able to get the working visa. ??

To get authorization to work (EAD) usually takes up to 90 days from NOA-1 date. My EAD was approved in 69 days from my NOA-1 date. You do not get working visa but permit to work here if you are adjusting from K-1 visa.

EAD takes 60 - 90 days and the Green card can take anywhere from 3 months to a year depending on if you have an interview or not and the processing times of your local office. You will be getting your NOA1 in the mail and then a letter with your biometrics appointment. After your biometrics you will either get a letter in the mail with an appointment for an interview or you may get a letter indicating that you are a potential interview waiver case. If you do not have an interview it can take 6 months or more to get the green card in the mail.
