Hi Everyone,

I had my medical back in the Uk in Jan but did not fancy getting the MMR jab done at the time. I have looked at the approved doctors list, the nearest one is Concentura. I understand all I need to do, is to get the MMR shots and get the doctor to sign the i-693?

I went in person and the lady behind the test, informed me that I also needed numerous other tests. I have already had these done but she did not appear to be listening. I made an appointment but I got the impression that they are going to make me take all the tests again.

I wonder can anyone recommend a doctor in Charlotte?

Do I need the doctor to complete the i-693?

Cheers..

I don't understand why you didn't go to your local GP and get the shots for free in the UK.

Go to the USCIS web page and then forms. There you can download the I693 instructions. I believe there is a link to a list of Civil surgeons. Sorry I cannot recommend one in your area.

Yes a civil surgeon has to complete you I693.
