I entered the US from Canada with a CR1 in August 2006. I have an I551 stamp in my passport and have a SSN but have not received a welcome letter or 2 year conditional greencard as of yet. I am starting to get concerned. How long should this take? If this is out of the ordinary who do I contact?

Married 02/23/05

Sent I-130 to Vermont 08/19/05

APPROVED!!! 09/17/05

NVC

Entered in system 09/29/05

I 184 Bill arrived 10/07/05

DS3032 arrived and mailed 10/12/05

DS3032 received 10/17/05

IV Bill generated 10/24/05

Called and was told IV Bill had been returned non deliverable????Give me a break. 11/22/05

IV Bill generated(again) 11/26/05

I 184 Bill sent to St Louis 12/06/05

IV Bill received and mailed 12/06/05

IV Bill received St Louis 12/16/05

Received I184 12/30/05

Received D230 01/05/06

Sent D230 01/20/06

All paperwork received by NVC 02/10/06

CASE COMPLETED!!! 02/16/06

Interview Montreal 06/14/06

Received Visa 06/15/06

Crossed border 08/06

Received Green Card and welcome letter 11/07

Lifting Conditions

I-751 received in Vermont 06/06/08

Cheque cashed 06/13/08
