Hi everyone,

what is the estimated timeframe for NVC to complete CR1 case, if we can start the timeframe after NVC receives both AOS and IV packages and filling DS-260

anyone have any close idea, how many months ? the best or the worse it can be.

60 days to review. The clock starts when they receive. It's 60 days counting weekends and holidays.

So 7 days a week 30 is 30 day in month counting weekend too??

30 days is 30 days. Its been about that or a few days less but they are pretty dead on I am afraid.

I have been in the NVC stage since May this year. Sent my petition for my husband to the USCIS in October of 2013. No checklists to delay the process. It is just taking a very long time.

thats long, you called the NVC ? what they said about your case what is going on ?

I filed for my wife in feb 2013 ..Uscis ask for something in dec .. I never got the letter they waste my 4 month .. April 14 approved .. Nvc got file may 1 since then file in Nvc .. Aug 7 checklist .. Aug 15 they got the checklist document now waiting for review the last doucment hope so ameen

There is not definite timeframe but from i've seen here, it takes between 4-10 months at the NVC.

I got checklist on August 7 and I send what they need on August 15 in there system so I have to wait 60 day too or checklist ppl will be faster??

Checklists also take 60 days im afraid. I responded to my checklist July 10th and it got reviewed September 3rd.

Here is my timeframe for CR-1. 19 days for me from the time they received all my documents.

is there any signs they are going back to the 30 days processing ?

I was blessed to have my Senator intervene. I got checklisted 8/26 for the Russian police certificate. They received my checklist item on 8/29 and my case closed the same day. I did not have to wait.
