Hi dear VJ`ers. Today im a little bit confused with the process of my AOS. I already got the interview date but my work permit is not even in the card production i mean in the final phase. Because i have already done my fingerprints and etc. but my Work permit is still not around. Do you think it is a normal thing?

Hope to hear from you guys,

Best regards...

Yes, I found my EAD card in the mailbox on the day I returned from my AOS interview.

Interview timelines and EAD timelines are unrelated to one another. If it has not been 90 days from when you filed, then your EAD is not late. Your interview is early.

AOS for my husband
8/17/10: INTERVIEW DAY (day 123) APPROVED!!

ROC:
5/23/12: Sent out package
2/06/13: APPROVED!
