I-130 and I-129 F Approved

I didnt get a case # for the 129 they just told me it was sent to the embassy..should i call back to nvc? Or should i just call the embassy?? I hope i get good news this week! Im afraid to get my hopes up n think my husband will be here for the holidays!! Thank u for the nice wishes!!

You should call NVC back and get the case number for the I-129F.... if NVC sent it out to the embassy it is great news and you can track it with the link I gave you. I think if you contact the embassy you still will need the NVC case number. Also, I would let the I-130 sit in NVC if the I-129F has been already forwarded to the embassy and then when your spouse enters the country with the K3 visa do adjustment of status just as my wife is doing it right now. Good luck and hope you get the K3 visa :-)
