Married US citizen and stayed married for 3 years i did not apply, then we got divorced, but we still continue living together then in 3 months we got married again.

Now i want to file for adjustment of status and other forms.

Question is can i file to get permanent green card right away as we already been married for 3 years in previous marriage, or it will still be a temporary card for 2 years?

Did someone know or has personal experience with this?

You divorced and then re-married. If you file the I-130 and I-485 now for AOS based on marriage, then it would be based on your current marriage. If your current marriage is less than 2 years old when the green card is approved, then it will be conditional residency(2 year card). http://www.uscis.gov/tools/glossary/immigration-marriage-fraud-amendments-1986

What visa did you enter the US to begin with?
