I was filed for since 2005 by my brother in US who is a citizen my case has been approve for long now..i am waiting to be call to go for medicals and other stuff but they said no available visa in the consulate in nigeria thats why its delayingi want to knw pls any body pls help me out

They are currently processing petitions with a priority date of January 2002. So looks like you have about three years or so before they will resume processing on your case. If your brother has moved since filing the petition make sure he updates his address as they will contact him when they resume processing.
