I posted about a month ago when it was only 1 month and got some good advice to call them. Well, my net is horrible, and it disconnects before I can even speak to them. Do you think I should just cancel the check and resend everything again? This is so frustrating.


oh, and I tracked the package and they have received it, but I haven't gotten any notification and they haven't taken my money yet.

1. First let me ask where did you send it to?

2. So after 2 months you are saying your check is not cashed?

3. The check is from a US Bank correct?
