Hey there again,

So according to this website, there will be changes made to visa fees as of the 12th of September.

http://travel.state.gov/content/visas/english/fees/fees-visa-services.html

Is the new K1 fee they are referring to THE PETITION FILING FEE that normally is $340?

Hope you guys can help clear this up,

~Kevin

Nothing is changed. USCIS handled all petitions and if you wanted to check fees then you have to go to their website.

nitsirk7562 how would you pay for the fee? I find that its due when you go the embassy.
