Hi everyone

My husband received NOA1 for removing conditions a week or so ago. Does anyone know how long it takes for USCIS to send the appointment letter for biometrics?

As usual thank you all!!

Excellent question !!! We just got our NOA yesterday and were wondering the same thing.... :secret:

Though the whole process has been somewhat of a whirlwind for us thus far (don't want to jinx it...

Completed: K1/K2 (271 days) - AOS/EAD/AP (134 days) - ROC (279 days)

keep checking the uscis case status online.it should take about 4 to 5 months.

Trouble is that only upon receipt of ASC appointment notice, can you find the USCIS case status online. The NOA notice gives specific instructions on checking online, using the application number on the top of the ASC appointment notice.

Sounds like we will just wait for the ASC appointment notice.... <_<

I agree, there is no way to check the USCIS site without the number from the biometrics letter.

Our process has been pretty smooth, as well. Hopefully removing conditions will be easy for you and I both. Good luck!!!

Mine has been two and a half weeks since the NOA1 arrived; no sign thus far. Looking at those filing in August (in the thread proper, and for Vermont), unless the users simply haven't logged back on to update, all those around mid-August onwards are still waiting too.

My bio letter actually arrived today, so that's some indication (possibly a week or so more, depending).
