my mother received a letter from the NVC stating that i need to request to Opt out. so i can remain in F2B caterogy instead of automatically transfer in F1 category. Can somebody send me a sample letter to opt out plssss!! and what else should i need to submit with the letter? thank you

i also need advice about the case of my sister, she was petitioned by my mom (US citizen) who is not married. but when we got her birth certificate in NSO we discovered that her surname was changed from the surname of my mother to the surname of my father last 2010.. is there going to be a problem in the interview?? what should we do?? this is really confusing we have no idea who changed her surname!!!
