My husband went to his interview appointment today to be told, they didnt receive the package yet and took his contact info and told him they wold contact him once it arrived. The package is in transit??!!! So has this ever happened? what happens if the package is lost? I'm shocked but by now i should expect this... Im so mad :ranting::ranting::ranting::ranting:

Yes I have seen it happen. When it arrives like they said they will call. Sorry for your delay.

11/08: Started dating

11/11: Husband got deported
1/11/14: Got married
3/13/14-11/2/14: I-130
1/26/15-3/17/15: NVC

5/28/15: INTERVIEW - denied

6/8/15: I-601/I-212 waivers received

11/17/15: I-601/I-212 waivers APPROVED

12/11/15: HUBBY HOME!! :dance:

What?! I'm so sorry I didn't see this post before answering your other one. That's a bit odd...why did they give him a interview date and have not received it. They need time to look over your case to make a final decision after his interview with the CO. If they don't have your case how can they make a decision, that's so backwards! I would call NVC and ask if they can track it since they have the tracking numbers. I tried once to track where DHL goes from NVC...I don't get it and I didn't try further. I just called the embassy and they confirmed that its there and they haven't looked at it. Is it possible its sitting there on someone's desk? From what I heard about DHL, they deliver it right into the hands of the Embassy. They don't use second hand delivery system once it gets into the country they deliver right to the person that its intended for. I used DHL to send my fiancé my documents and with the tracking numbers that I got from DHL I was able to track it from start to end. It was less confusing that way.

What a waste for your husband to make that trip! I would be so upset too...probably be cursing up a storm. Keep us posted if they find your case. Praying you will get approved soon!
