Yeah il do that... But who knows they will act on my expedite request for GC

On Monday il go back again in DMV...

Wait until you receive you ead then go to another dmv. They cant deny you drivers license or id card because thats the purpose of the ead. Go on their website and look for the list of documents required, dont let them push you around.

Congrats!! Finally I've just got my first SMS/Email notification from USCIS I've submitted I-130, I-485, I-131 and I-765 How many notifications should I expect?

I know with me I Got one for each application with a MSC # so you should get 4. And CONGRATS!!! you should be getting yours any day now. They sent mine out October 4th and I only got it today.

I would say it was quite detailed. we had tried to prep for all eventualities and likely questions and also the fact that we could be seperated for the interview which is what exactly happened. the interviewer was polite but businesslike. my wife went in first as she is the USC and I was left to nervously pace the sitting area. after what seemed like forever she came out and I was called in. after being sworn on oath, my questioning began. the interviewer was basically concerned about the fact that we did not have a lease but we presented rent receipts bearing our names. she then asked details about our type of apartment and the things in it like what type of stove do you have,what is color of your kitchen floor?what is the color of your microwave? she then asked me to describe where I proposed to my wife and asked about my family in the US. i have a sister here so i told her.my wife has kids and she asked me about their dates of birth and ages. i was prepared for it. she asked if we planned to have kids too. she also asked to see my passport. she did not even check the pictures at all. she asked me what my wife was currently doing now. she also wanted to know what i was doing now too. all in all, she seemed pleased with the responses and then asked me to state my name and then the tandard questions of have u been in a terrorist organization, are you a communist? do you have weapons training etc? she then said she was approving me on the spot and then eased up a bit to chat. she escorted me out and gave my wife a thumbs up. turned out after comparing notes we both did not remeber the color of the kitchen floor but that was cool. my opinion is dress well, practice well, be confident, if you dont know one or two, that is fine and pray if you are the religious type. its doable! thank you

Is the website for checking your case status updated? Because I keep on checking my status using my receipt numbers, but they don't change. I have already received my interview letter but my case status tells me that they have received my fingerprint fee, and that's it. This is also true for my other cases (130 and 765). I am just really curious and frustrated at the same time!

That's great that you receive your interview. The website is not reliable.

Mine shows that I have an interview scheduled, but it was scheduled before the website changes were made. I wonder if newer updates are having a problem? I wouldn't worry about what the website shows now, especially with having your appointment letter already.

I'm working on my evidence for the interview, 11 days away now. I'm putting together a photo album, have three kids together, but otherwise we don't have much typical paper "evidence". I'm not on the mortgage, don't have health insurance or car insurance. I would hate to be delayed for lack of evidence.

You guys got a messagesbor anything after your case left the NBC?? Or arrived at your service center ??

And then it said for ead/ap 90 days...count after biometrics or when uscis got your case ?

Ead is 90 days from noa which is receive date.

You will receive updates or notices in the mail when your case is being process.
