Good morning everyone, i've got a wake-up-text this morning saying that our interview is scheduled for December 18th, exactly 3 months from the day we sent our package.

I'm so happy right now, just wonder if i may get my EAD before the interview or not.

8/29/14- Sent AOS Package

9/2/14- Delivered to Chicago lockbox

9/5/14- Received texts with receipt numbers, Online status updated for all four cases to " Acceptance" & " Initial review "

9/9/14- NOA1 hard copies received in mail

9/12/14- Biometrics letter recieved ( Date set for 9/22/14 )

9/15/14- Biometrics completed

9/16/14- Submitted EAD Expedite through congressman

9/24/14- Case moved to " Testing and interview "

9/26/14- EAD and AP Approved

10/2/14- EAD Mailed

10/3/14- EAD 'Delivered'.. but never recieved :ranting:

10/16/14- Interview date received for 11/19 - My birthday! :D

11/19/14- Interview day- Approved- PR status registered & Welcome letter mailed

11/24/14- Welcome letter recieved

11/26/14- GC Mailed

11/29/14- GC Received

Congrats!! Finally I've just got my first SMS/Email notification from USCIS I've submitted I-130, I-485, I-131 and I-765 How many notifications should I expect?

I know with me I Got one for each application with a MSC # so you should get 4. And CONGRATS!!! you should be getting yours any day now. They sent mine out October 4th and I only got it today.

Yayyyy! Congrats! I received an email this morning as well for a December 17 interview. Looks like we're on the same timeline.

I was wondering about the EAD & AP as well, because I have no news on those either. I've seen that some people get their Green Cards before the combo card. Maybe that'll be us :) Best of luck!!!!!!

Yayyyy! Congrats! I received an email this morning as well for a December 17 interview. Looks like we're on the same timeline.

Yes! If you have the interview that soon you will just get your GC, and that's better for ROC it will be sooner :) congrats!!

I have an update too. Thank god. I sent in the paperwork for the new co sponsor on September 9 and it was delivered at the 11th. Meanwhile I contactet my congresswoman for expedite and her office worked hard on it!

I had an job offer pending but only until this week. So this morning the congresswomans office sent me an email that my AP/EAD are approved today!

I'm SO relieved and happy about this..

I can only recommend contacting congressmen or women! It was a big help..

i've done biometric for I-485 few weeks ago already (the biometric appointment letter had only I-485 barcode), do you think that I need to go to this biometric appointment?

11/03/2014 - Completed Biometric (47)

11/06/2014 - "Testing and Interview" on I-485 (50)

11/14/2014 - Get the notification stating that our interview has been scheduled (58) on December 18th (92)

11/19/2014 - I-131 status moved to "Advance Parole Document Was Produced"

12/18/2014 - Interview (Day 92) , APPROVED ON SPOT

12/19/2014 - Emails and Texts saying I-130 has been approved and I-485 new card is being produced

I think you should go for the biometric appointment. Ideally, they should have included both application codes for the first biometrics. The interview is 1 month away, you may get the EAD before then.

I've read people here who had to go twice. I would go specially if it has 2 different barcodes. Anything they ask you for just go for it :)

Did your appointment letter have only one application number (485)?

Mine had both at the bottom 485 and 765.

Kinda of a silly question lol...yes you will have to go to the appointment. Dec 18 is almost here, good luck.
