So I just got a text message that my I-485 has been updated to RFE. I really hope this doesn't delay my I765. Kinda bummed about it :(.

Congrats!! Finally I've just got my first SMS/Email notification from USCIS I've submitted I-130, I-485, I-131 and I-765 How many notifications should I expect?

I know with me I Got one for each application with a MSC # so you should get 4. And CONGRATS!!! you should be getting yours any day now. They sent mine out October 4th and I only got it today.

There is a possibility that your I 765 is affected by the RFE lets just hope that the immigration officer will not include the I765

I did biometrics on October 21st

Sep-26-2014 (Day 0) Sent I-130 and I-485 to Chicago via USPS Express Mail

Sep-29-2014 (Day 3) AOS Delivered

Oct-03-2014 (Day 7) Checks processed, texts with NoA

Oct-08-2014 (Day 12) Hard copy NoA in mail

Oct-14-2014 (Day 18) Biometrics Appointment letter for 10/21/2014

Oct-21-2014 (Day 25) Biometrics completed

Oct-27-2014 (Day 31) I-485 changed to Testing and Interview

Nov-03-2014 (Day 38) Interview letter received for December 4th!

Dec-04-2014 (Day 69) Interview, approved on the spot.

Dec-05-2014 (Day 70) I-485 status card production ordered/I-130 approved.

Dec-12-2014 (Day 77) Green Card in hand.

Nov-07-2016 (Day 0) Sent I-751

Well when I read the email and checked my status online. It only mentioned the I-485 with the RFE maybe that's a good thing. I have no idea. I just need to get the I-765 ASAP!

we are in the same boat. I also got an RFE on the I-485 asking for further tax info from my co-sponsor. I hope it doesnt delay the EAD/AP..I´m desperately waiting for them..

Yea I had called USCIS and asked if it would and the officer told me no it should not and that it was just the I-485 but I have yet to hear any update regarding the I-130 or the I-765 and both the i765 n i485 was in my biometric appointment. So I don't even know.

I also got an RFE for I845 and when I called USCIS (twice) I was told that it does actually delay all the application that are associated with the I845 and yes that includes the i765 ... :/ so I guess nobody in USCIS knows what they are talking about .. #sad

5/7/2018: Received Letter stating i751 Case transferred to National Benefits Center, Lee's Summit, MO 64064

5/30/2018: Interview scheduled for N400

7/11/2018: Attended interview and was informed it will be a combo N400/I751 interview

8/6/2018: N400 Approved

8/7/2018: I751 Approved

9/5/2018: Oath Ceremony missed due to travel abroad and letter sent to USCIS to reschedule ceremony

10/2/2018: Officially a US Citizen!

That is what it would look like. I wish that wasnt the case. We should be able to get our work authorization and be able to work if there is no criminal activity associated with our records...Sigh im bummed now!

Ok so according to USPS my RFE Response was delivered today (saturday) to the USCIS Courier & Express mail address in Missouri. I thought USCIS is closed on Saturday and that was not a P.O. Box address so how can it be delivered if nobody was there to receive it? :S I've sent it with Priority Mail but no signature so I really hope USCIS will get it and not somebody else :S

AOS Journey:

I'm getting worried by seeing some of you got RFE

Hopefully i wont get any rfe about my co-sponsor.

How many chance of getting rfe if i've submitted: passport page, tax return transcript 2011-2012-2013, employer letter, w2 of 2013 and most recent 6 paystubs?

10/09/2014 - Received SMS and emails, 11PM (22)

10/10/2014 - Check cashed (23)

10/15/2014 - Received hard copies of NOAs (28)

10/23/2014 - Received Biometric Appointment Letter (for Nov 03) (36)

11/03/2014 - Completed Biometric (47)

11/06/2014 - "Testing and Interview" on I-485 (50)

11/14/2014 - Get the notification stating that our interview has been scheduled (58) on December 18th (92)

11/19/2014 - I-131 status moved to "Advance Parole Document Was Produced"

....

12/18/2014 - Interview (Day 92) , APPROVED ON SPOT

12/19/2014 - Emails and Texts saying I-130 has been approved and I-485 new card is being produced

12/29/2014 - Card was mailed

12/29/2014 - Card was Delivered. Best HAPPY NEW YEAR gift/greet ever!!!

I'm that really sure but it depends on the IO who handles your case.. Until now I don't have any feedback of our case...but I'm looking forward for a good news on Monday...

We submitted the same plus W2's for 2011 and 2012. I think I only sent the last 5 paychecks because that's all I could find consecutive. I haven't got an RFE yet, my I-485 is in Testing and Interview.

I think when your in testing and interview you already pass the requirements needed I'm not just sure...
