Congrats!! Finally I've just got my first SMS/Email notification from USCIS I've submitted I-130, I-485, I-131 and I-765 How many notifications should I expect?

I know with me I Got one for each application with a MSC # so you should get 4. And CONGRATS!!! you should be getting yours any day now. They sent mine out October 4th and I only got it today.

Thanks Everyone very soon we will all be done ... I did my biometric on oct 7. Approved i765 On oct 18. card Production on 19 October and received it today the 27th.

I'm getting a little worried now.

I got married in August 2014 , both my husband and I are divorced. The thing is that he is divorced from another brazilian with the same name as me.

We sent all the documents on Sep 2nd and I had my biometrics on Oct 1st. And that's it. No RFE so far, but my case status still on acceptance for 485 and initial review for 130 and 765...

I'm seeing people that had their biometrics after me getting their work permits but nothing for me :(

Do you think that the divorce thing is bringing up red flags?

Ah well you'll just need to wait for any advise from USCIS and just keep all your documents so by the time they request the docs your prepared.

Like you many of use are waiting for results.

I know... but a lot of people that had the biometrics after me are receiving their EADs

Just be patient...remember its the same process BUT not every case is the same. So you cannot pay attention to other people's timelines...

Even if you two have same name, birth certificate and passport numbers won't be the same :)

I did my biometrics September 30 and neither I have news. Don't worry, even I'm worried myself haha but they say EAD is approved between 30 days we still got some time!

Thank you! We're very anxious about this name thing... and the fact that she tricked him into getting her gc... 1month after the second gc she filed the divorce...

That sucks she did that, but you know this way he found you :) !!! and really don't worry, any other document matches with her just a name, I'm sure there is lots of people in the world with same name, that's why they ask for so many documents.

Guys!! After much asking around I found a joint sponsor for the affidavit of support :D

I had them complete an affidavit of support form and give me a copy of their tax return for 2013.

I am about to send of the RFE response but I was wondering, is the affidavit of support and their tax return document enough or do I need to ask them for anything else? :S

AOS Journey:

2/18/2018: i751 Case transferred to Local Office

1/5/2018: i751 Case Transferred And New Office Has Jurisdiction

3/5/2018: Another update saying i751 Case Transferred And New Office Has Jurisdiction

5/7/2018: Received Letter stating i751 Case transferred to National Benefits Center, Lee's Summit, MO 64064

5/30/2018: Interview scheduled for N400

7/11/2018: Attended interview and was informed it will be a combo N400/I751 interview

8/6/2018: N400 Approved

8/7/2018: I751 Approved

9/5/2018: Oath Ceremony missed due to travel abroad and letter sent to USCIS to reschedule ceremony

10/2/2018: Officially a US Citizen!
