So here an update on our case,

Day 30 passed no NOA'S.. called them today they said we still not in the system they starting an investigation.. we already pretty depressed not a goid start at all...and then later in the mail we got the biometrics appointment

How can that happen ??

Congrats!! Finally I've just got my first SMS/Email notification from USCIS I've submitted I-130, I-485, I-131 and I-765 How many notifications should I expect?

I know with me I Got one for each application with a MSC # so you should get 4. And CONGRATS!!! you should be getting yours any day now. They sent mine out October 4th and I only got it today.

How can that happen ??

That's crazy!!!!!!! I don't even know what to say.

Have you look at your bank account to see if the checks are cashed????

Dec - 15 - 2014 - email received with interview date for Jan 15 2015! ??

Yes they got cashed already a weeks ago

Ok, I think your NOA's may be lost... They cashed the money and send you letter for biometrics that means they are processing your case.

Does your Biometrics letter have bar codes at the end with numbers on top of it???? Those are your EAD and AP case numbers. You can check those online. You are missing 2 other case numbers. Are correlative so you could guess them easily trying :)

Just got the biometrics letter for me and ny sin today we have an Alien # but nothing else...the receipt field is blank.

I mean someone need to work on our case or we dont would get the letter. But its weird that they told us today on the phone we are not in the system and they start an investigation ...

You should call uscis and speak with a tier 2 officer and request an info pass to speak directly to an officer at your local office to know exactly what is happening with your case. I hope you hear good news soon.

Hi guys, I just take a look at my biometric appointment letter and have found that there's only I-485 barcode.

Should be something wrong with my EAD, may it be slow down?

9/18/2014 - Package shipped by USPS (00)

9/22/2014 - Package delivered (05)

10/09/2014 - Received SMS and emails, 11PM (22)

10/10/2014 - Check cashed (23)

10/15/2014 - Received hard copies of NOAs (28)

10/23/2014 - Received Biometric Appointment Letter (for Nov 03) (36)

11/03/2014 - Completed Biometric (47)

11/06/2014 - "Testing and Interview" on I-485 (50)

11/14/2014 - Get the notification stating that our interview has been scheduled (58) on December 18th (92)

11/19/2014 - I-131 status moved to "Advance Parole Document Was Produced"

....

12/18/2014 - Interview (Day 92) , APPROVED ON SPOT

12/19/2014 - Emails and Texts saying I-130 has been approved and I-485 new card is being produced

12/29/2014 - Card was mailed

12/29/2014 - Card was Delivered. Best HAPPY NEW YEAR gift/greet ever!!!

Hi guys, I just take a look at my biometric appointment letter and have found that there's only I-485 barcode.

Should be something wrong with my EAD, may it be slow down?

I suggest try to do a bio metrics walk in to expedite the process of your I 485, but with EAD it should be your biometrics letter should contain that I 765 barcode as they will use it to process your biometrics.

You may call USCIS or try the infopass.

At first I am thankful to this forum because this forum is an eye opener for those who want to marry and live in the USA.

My only regret is that, if this process could have been explained in the port of entry I will not be in limbo today.

When I started working here in Myrtle Beach I passed the EVerify, which gaves me the confidence that everything was okay. My Social Security records showed "Legal Alien allowed to work". So i started working since May until the summer ended. I applied for a 2nd job in the hotel last month and after 3 days of working our HR informed me that I have a problem with E Verify. When I contacted DHS thats were I found out that I'm only allowed to work base on my I-94.

Questions and confusions had led me to physical and mentally stress. How on earth I am allowed to work and pass the EVerify when I entered the USA thru JFK airport as a K1 Visa.

To make the long story short. Hope this is a learning lesson to everyone. After the AOS, EAD and AP after marriage.

Now im stuck, cant drive, cant work....Good thing my other employee just put my employment on hold while waiting for my EAD. I wish everyone the best.

I didnt even know you were allowed to work under the I-94. did you get an EAD before your marriage?

the whole visa process is hard to see through. without visa journey and all the other forums I wouldnt even know what kinda form to fill out..

I didn't apply for EAD not when I fail the EVerify last September...

So I was able to work legally from May to August... I arrive in JFK a airport April 19..

Finally! Got my biometric letter today saying that it will take place in Memphis, TN on November 3rd at 2pm.

Any early walk in experience in Memphis office?

I unsuccessfully have tried to find a reference on early walk-ins at the Memphis office. If you do, please let me know since I will have to go there for my bio.
