My co sponsor makes a lot more too. But we only submitted taxes 2012 so I guess that's the problem. Bank statements for assets, if your income is not enough, have to be for 12 months.

Well..anyways good luck to all filers.. I hope I don't get another RFE :)

I know with me I Got one for each application with a MSC # so you should get 4. And CONGRATS!!! you should be getting yours any day now. They sent mine out October 4th and I only got it today.

2/18/2018: i751 Case transferred to Local Office

7/11/2018: Attended interview and was informed it will be a combo N400/I751 interview

8/6/2018: N400 Approved

9/5/2018: Oath Ceremony missed due to travel abroad and letter sent to USCIS to reschedule ceremony

10/2/2018: Officially a US Citizen!

Hey everyone! For people who have RFE were they sent before or after your biometrics appointment?

I've been wondering this too. I'm always convinced I have forgotten something.

Biometrics appointment tomorrow, need to leave at 4am. I picked up another copy of my marriage license last week as I'm changing my last name with my documents (Mr L and Ms T-G to Mrs T-L). I heard biometrics can cause problems with that if it's not your passport name.

Our story...

Met online in 2006. Visited in 2007 for three months, found out I was pregnant.

Sep-26-2014 (Day 0) Sent I-130 and I-485 to Chicago via USPS Express Mail

Sep-29-2014 (Day 3) AOS Delivered

Oct-03-2014 (Day 7) Checks processed, texts with NoA

I didn't even think about that. I have my original marriage certificate. I am going to take that with me. My passport is still in my maiden name.

We only had two originals and I sent one with the I-485 and one with the I-130. My passport is my maiden name though. I've just heard people having problems before when their appointment letter and ID last names don't match. I'd hate to drive all that way for nothing!

I had all copies originally. The night before I sent my package, I was reading through a guide on another website that recommended to send originals of marriage documents. Said some people had got RFE's for originals, even though USCIS says copies are acceptable. I just didn't want to take any chances. There is so much to include that there is little chance I haven't forgotten something, lol.

My RFE email came the morning after i did my walk-in Biometrics. I took a copy of my marriage certificate to the biometrics as my passport is in my maiden name.

Those are the almost the dates I had for every each thing!!!! Except we couldn't make it for the biometrics Oct 7 because my husband was going to be out the country for work and we had to go early Sept 30, and since then no news.....

Congrats on your EAD hope you get it soon :)

Completely biometrics on schedule this morning. We arrived at 7:30am, and were told check-in would begin at 8am. We were the second group to arrive, several more came soon after. It was very painful to my English habits that when the desk opened everyone rushed to be first. Ahh! I was sat closest and moved to the side to let the lady who got there before me go first.

Glad I'm not criminally inclined as they now have every part of my fingers on file :)

Oh wow here in Atlanta it was very organize lots of different lines to wait, giving numbers. It was nice and the people was following everything.

So rude of them!! I always get bothered by that kind of people too, not a place to start an argument for sure haha

Thanks. You should be hearing about ur ead soon. Sometimes they take a little longer for the fbi background to come back due to common names etc. I hear this entire process takes about 3 montha. You may get ur green card before u ead. Let me know if u get a interview? Good luck
