My friend is about to file adjustment of status after marriage. She entered as K-1. The form ask for the I-94 but she said the immigration officer didn't give her a I-94 with stamped. Does immigration requirement change? Or my friend just mislook or lost her I-94.

Any input will very much appreciated.

They will have to wait approx 7-10 business days after the arrive in the United States in order for their record to be retrieved.

:no: Nope. Since it is all electronic now, the record should be available almost immediately.
