hi all,

Would like to know if any of you recently applied for a Driver's License in NJ or other states.. I am quite confused.. Do they really waive the road test for foreign drivers license holders? I've read somewhere about this, but it was dated years ago.. Just wondering what the rules are now.

I currently hold a valid Phil DL and have been driving for 7 yrs in Manila.. Just wondering if I still need to do the road test..
